YOUR CONTRACT WITH US:

1. Reservation and deposit
When you confirm a holiday you must complete and sign a booking form and pay a deposit of £80 per person plus the optional insurance premium. You will receive a confirmation/invoice from us asking for the balance 8 weeks before departure. Failure to pay this bill on time could result in us cancelling your holiday and your having to pay cancellation charges.

2. Change or cancellation by you.
If you wish to make a change to the booking, we will endeavour to fulfill your request and an administration charge of £15 per person will be charged. Within 6 weeks of departure changes are not always possible and may have to be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out below.
The new arrangements would then be treated as a completely new booking. A cancellation must be in writing to us by recorded delivery. The following cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation charge. (% of total price)
Over 42 days deposit
29-42 days 50%
15- 28 days 70%
14 days or less 100%

If the cancellation is by some of the party and a discount has been made in view of the number of the party, The Company may cancel all or part of the discount. If the cancellation falls within the terms of your Holiday Insurance, then any cancellation charges will normally be refunded by the Insurance Company. The Premium is forfeited on cancellation.

3. If you have a complaint.
If there are any problems that appear to be our responsibility it is important that this is brought to the notice of our local representative, agent or
property owner immediately so that they may try to rectify the matter. If you cannot resolve the problem locally please telephone our office in the U.K. reversing the charges if you wish. In the unlikely event that the matter is not resoved you must write to us within 28 days of your return so that we can investigate the matter further.

If there is a complaint that cannot be settled amicably then you may refer it to arbitration under a separate scheme devised by ABTA and administered independantly by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators provided this is done within 9 months of your return. This scheme does not cover claims of more than £1500 per person and there is a limit of £7500 per booking form. The scheme provides a simple and inexpensive method of arbitration on documents alone with restricted client liability on costs.
